We felt very welcome here and couldn't recommend more the place. Our room was reasonably large and neat, equipped with good facilities, bathroom.

I've stayed here before and would definitely come back; the rooms are well-maintained, the staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is fabulous.

The location was comfortable and peaceful, really close to the hill behind the motel, the Centre of NZ, and commercial area/eateries, and the view was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located motel. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to find bicycles available for use upon request. Despite a minor issue with a light bulb and some noise from neighboring rooms, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this motel to others.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Riverlodge Motel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby CBD and walking trails. The milk served in glass bottles and the proper ground coffee in a glass jar were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly staff were always helpful and made us feel welcome. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from traffic and other guests, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend Riverlodge Motel to others looking for a convenient and value-for-money accommodation option.

This place has a great location near Nelson Baptist Church and the staff were welcoming and incredible when needed.

This hotel's location is its best asset. We were able to easily walk to the city center and enjoy the beautiful river. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the hotel facilities we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
